The Giants are a race of hulking, two-legged beasts that patrol the northwestern mountains. They have no special qualities, though they appear to have a rigged, possibly religiously-based, hierarchy.

Cyclopes are slightly stronger Giants with one large eye, instead of two smaller eyes. When imbued with a lot of power, they can develop magical abilities.

The Gigas is an older and stronger Giant. While there aren't many of them around, the Gigas is high in demand for servile work, such as lumber and occasionally fishing. Their efforts may be seen across the world in numerous large monuments and other important structures.

Apocalypse is a mutated Gigas - his head is so large because, according to legend, he received so much information about the future, particularly the end times, that his brain grew to four times its size. Sadly, he cannot talk, and so (supposedly) he communicates his visions through dance and other rituals.
